DMR is warranted to outlast the life of the tiller (excluding abuse and normal feeder blade ware).  DMR Kit offers reinforcing plate designed to help stabilize transmission and adds to trencher life.  Machines are light weight (approx. 200lbs), not intended for commercial use.  Counter rotating blade eliminates "run away" on standard direction tiller models.  Some models have dual direction cutting blade drive, which is an excellent feature.

Our kit will convert your Honda FRC800 Tiller into a DMR Wire Trencher. Powered by an 8 hp Honda Engine with a recoil start, this tiller is available for purchase at your local Honda Power Equipment Dealer. They retail for approximately $2699 plus tax. Purchase the DMR Wire Feeder Kit for $775 and install the kit yourself. This Honda Tiller is not available with our Reverse Blade Drive. This makes this trencher best only used in sandy or sod ground conditions. We do not recommend this option for most installers.  Cutting blades recommended are the standard 14” cutting blade or Ugly 1.5. We do not recommend our more aggressive blades with the FRC800 since the cutting blade only goes forward (same as the wheels). Call for most up to date pricing and shipping estimate.
